Can I extend the session on the day of?
If there are no other clients scheduled after your event/session, then absolutely!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We primarily use paypal, which allows you to pay little by little or all at once leading to the day of your session. If you end up needing more time, just reach out to us and we'll work out a plan together!
Do I have to order prints through you?
Nope! While we highly recommend and love the quality and colors that the print shop connected to your gallery produces, we totally get it if you want to print elsewhere!
Will you pose us?
100% Yes! We love to do a mixture of poses and prompts that will make you feel comfortable and make you laugh too! We also aim to capture candids! So when we are not posing you, our goal is to capture genuine & small intimate moments. The only thing you need is a smile, and we'll take care of the rest!
When will we get our images back?
For portraits and short sessions the return time is typically 2 weeks. For events and weddings it's closer to 4-6 weeks. We'll let you know ahead of time what the reurn window is looking like, and if you need them back sooner (such as for printing), just let us know! We got you!
Can I have the raw images for an additional cost?
Unfortunately no. Raw images are considered unfinished pieces of artwork. "The act of taking your raw photos is like the raw ingredients of a specialty dish. The fine tuned editing, the color correction, the skin retouching, those are all equivalent to preparing and cooking those raw ingredients. If you don’t like the Chef’s specialty dish you shouldn't order it. Go to a restaurant whose cuisine you absolutely LOVE."

How many images will I recieve? Are they all edited?
How many images you receive is dependent on how many hours of service we're hired for! We always give you an estimate per project! All amazing images are edited and included.
There is no photo limit, so we won't withhold any beautiful photos from you!
What happens if there is bad weather?
For Portrait sessions: We reschedule ASAP to the next available date that works for everyone! Sometimes we'll reschedule the same day at a different time!
Can I send you a pinterest board?
No Brainer - YES! We love Pinterest boards to get an idea of the vibe/mood for the session/event! Our goal will not be to recreate or match the editing style of the images but rather to get a better idea of the story you want to tell!
If there are certain shots you are dying for, we will absolutely create those!
